Hi, I'm Rob D. 

 

I'm a city manager and local government enthusiast with roots in planning, research, and entrepreneurship.

 

Before transitioning to a career in municipal government, I spent time as a military intelligence soldier, salesman, marketing consultant, and small business owner. I graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.S. in Environmental Management & Protection (Natural Resources Planning) and an M.S. in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences. I also hold an MBA and MSDM (Master of Security and Disaster Management) from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
