Well at Least They Dropped the Blue Background

Ok so a while ago Yahoo sent out an e-mail about the impending opening up of Yahoo Buzz. It was pretty horrible if you ask me. As a follow up they followed half of my advice... they used a white background much nicer on the eyes. Unfortunately they forgot to change the text color. Doh! So below is a screen cap of what I got in my e-mail... smooth


And just to prove that yes indeed a huge internet company is this bad at e-mail...


If you're going to do a major e-mail like this send yourself a couple test copies to different e-mail addresses to avoid looking like a tool. Especially if you happen to own the most visited web site on earth, people kinda expect you to be good at the internetz.
